Spam from Virgin Wines

We Receive Far Too Much Spam

Please see our original anti-spam page for our thoughts about spam in general.

Most Spammers are Fly-by-Nights
Most companies who send out spam are small hard-to-trace companies or individuals, operating on or beyond the fringes of the law, or pedalling pornography. Bulk unsolicited e-mail is invasive, unwanted, and costs the recipients more in time to filter or remove it than it costs the sender.

Virgin Joins the Spammers
Frankly we are surprised that a company in the Virgin Group would resort to such a low form of advertising as spam. Richard Branson puts out an image of Virgin being of careful and caring company. Good guys don't use spam! We suggest that people boycott companies who use spam e-mails. We believe it's currently the only effective way of fighting spam. Virgin Wine use spam, we suggest you avoid dealing with them.
