2002 Harry Potter Coins
For the release of the second Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, the Isle of Man have released a new series of Harry Potter coins.

Six Different Designs
Our first delivery arrived on Halloween!
We have received all six different designs, which we list below, in the silver proof version and the uncirculated version.
The last five designs of uncirculated versions arrived here Friday 30th November. In 2001 we were kept very busy in the approach to Christmas trying desparately to get enough stocks to fill orders.
As the second film "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" is due out soon, we have tried to anticipate demand by stocking up in advance.

• Casting a Spell. Shows Harry waving a magic wand.
• Quidditch. Show Harry on a broomstick.
• Birth of Norbert. Shows a dragon emerging from an egg.
• Key Among the Keys. Shows Harry flying with a key.
• Journey to Hogwarts. Depicts four characters in a boat sailing towards a castle.
• Potions Class. Shows Harry with a cauldron.

3 Different Versions
We have now had deliveries of all six designs. There are three versions of each design. There is a series of 6 Manx Harry Potter crowns, each with a different magic theme. We can now offer all six of the design themes in all three different versions.

Cupro Nickel Crown
This is a full crown sized coin, 38.61 millimetres in diameter. This is being issued in Uncirculated finish and is packaged in an attractive display card, priced at £9.95 each. We received our delivery of the first design, "Casting a Spell" in October, and now have all six designs in stock.

Silver Proof Crown
This is similar to the cupro-nickel version, but is struck in sterling silver with a proof finish, and housed in a leatherette box, priced at £37.50 each. The issue limit is 15,000 pieces of each design. All six designs are available now from stock.

Gold 1/25 Crown Coin
This is part of the "Smallest Gold Coin" series which we would not recommend. They are only 13.92 mm in diameter and weigh only 1.254 grams albeit in .9999 fine gold. They are struck as proofs and are in a leatherette case, priced at £49.95 for those who cannot live without them.

For those muggles who are not wizard at maths, we have listed various combinations below in addition to separate items.

Please Order Early
We are receiving many orders and enquiries. We don't know why, but obviously Harry is working his magic, putting a spell on people, kids of all ages seem to want a Harry Potter coin for Christmas. We have now received a good allocation of coins, but if you want to ensure you get yours, please order early. Please note, we are so busy shipping orders that we may not have time to reply to individual e-mails. We now expect to be able to fill all orders, but to ensure delivery for Christmas, try to get your order to us by mid December.

Galleons, Sickles & Knuts
For all you Harry Potter fans, we think may be able to find a supply of galleons, sickles and knuts. We do not have much information about them yet, except that we hope to get our hands on them in the first week of December, just in time for Christmas deliveries. If so, we expect them to be £9.95 each similar to the cupro-nickel Manx crowns. We will add further information here as we receive it. Please don't try to order galleons, sickles and knuts until we confirm that we can obtain them.
