Product Descriptions
We try to make our product descriptions as accurate and clear as possible.

Mail Order & Approval of Goods
Where we supply an item by mail order, we give a 7 days approval period. We will make a prompt refund for any goods returned to us within 7 days of receipt provided they are as we supplied them. This has worked well for collectors coins since 1964. There is one important exception for products sold as bullion based on time sensitive market price fluctuations.

Mail Order Approval of Gift Items
For items purchased as gifts, we will normally allow an extension of our approval period up to 7 days after receipt of the gift by the recipient. The refund will be made to the purchaser. We also encourage the recipient to exchange the gift item if we have something they prefer, as we believe that unwanted and unused gifts are a waste of money.

Genuine Coins
All coins we sell are unconditionally guaranteed as genuine unless we clearly state the contrary.

Hallmarked Jewellery
All precious metal articles we sell will be as described, and will have a UK hallmark as appropriate.
There are certain items which are exempt by virtue of weight, size or some other reason. Our policy is to supply these hallmarked wherever possible. Certain second-hand items may not be hallmarked in which case we would normally describe them accordingly.

Quality
We try to sell only goods which are of high quality and which are fit for their purpose. Although we do not give a fixed time guarantee period for most of our goods, we aim to ensure that all of our customers remain happy with the quality and value of their purchases for an indefinite period.

No Limit to Customer's Legal Rights
We do not seek to limit our customers' normal legal rights.
